After shipment, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
5. Shipping Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
For packages lost or damaged due to logistics issues, there is no time limit for reporting; the shipping carrier assumes full responsibility.
